At KUKI Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Fragrance products that have been extensively used

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs if applicable

Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions.

Exchanges

If the wrong product was delivered or a verified issue exists, we may offer a replacement or exchange where appropriate.
